Roccafiore Wine Resort & Spa is a luxury countryside resort and spa converted from an Umbrian farmhouse, 55 km from Sant'Egidio. The resort features a free wellness center with an indoor pool, hot tub, and relaxation areas. Dining options include the Roccafiore restaurant, serving regional cuisine with locally produced ingredients, and chef Carlo Grimaldi offers lunch and dinner at the hotel's Fiorfiore restaurant. A light breakfast of fresh-squeezed juices, granolas, and pastries is available in the dining room, on the terrace, or by the pool. Superior rooms are located on the first floor and feature neoclassical, Umbrian farmhouse, or contemporary designs. Deluxe rooms are on the upper floors with traditional Umbrian manor house style and views of the Umbrian hills. Suites are set on two levels with a living area downstairs and a raised sleeping area, designed with modern decor. The Wine Chalet features knotty wood paneling, an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, and a bathroom lined in hand-painted Majolica tiles from Deruta and is located 150 metres from the main building.
